Youth Fitness & Organizational Leadership

Founder of Look Who's Fit Kids Inc. and owner of Look Who's Fit, Faubert is a U.S. Air Force veteran, a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise Science, and has worked as a fitness professional since 2007.

He founded the nonprofit after recognizing that many children lacked access to quality fitness training, mentorship, and athletic opportunities due to financial barriers. As President, he provides strategic leadership, oversees daily operations, develops community partnerships, and leads the organization's vision of creating healthier, stronger, and more confident youth.

Frederic Guerrier is a personal trainer committed to improving lives through health, fitness, and education. He believes physical fitness is a powerful tool for building confidence, discipline, and resilience in young people.

As Vice President, he supports youth programming, community outreach, and athletic development initiatives while helping ensure every child has access to positive role models and opportunities for success.

Crystal Johnson is a Human Resources executive with more than fifteen years of experience in human resources, accounting, and financial management.

As Treasurer, she oversees the financial integrity of the organization while helping ensure responsible stewardship of donor and grant funding. Her professional expertise and commitment to youth development help position the organization for long-term sustainability and growth.

John Dume is a Technical Services Professional whose personal journey demonstrates the life-changing impact of sports and mentorship. Growing up in a low-income household, participation in athletics helped him earn the opportunity to compete in college football while developing leadership, discipline, and perseverance.

As Secretary, he supports organizational governance and mentors young people to reach their full potential both on and off the field.

Alaysia Miller is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, entrepreneur, and healthcare educator committed to improving community health through education and prevention. She is the founder of NP Luxe CPR and is pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of Florida.

She advises the organization on youth wellness, nutrition, injury prevention, emergency preparedness, and evidence-based health education.

Dr. Brittenay Tucker is a Florida-licensed pharmacist who has served her community since earning her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2021. Originally from Miami, Florida, she is passionate about health education, disease prevention, and helping individuals make informed decisions that lead to healthier lives.

She believes lifelong wellness begins in childhood through proper nutrition, physical activity, education, and access to preventive healthcare resources. In addition to her professional career, Dr. Tucker volunteers with Bloom House, where she mentors individuals and connects them with resources that promote personal growth and long-term success.

Former NFL player Fabian Washington understands firsthand the challenges many children face while growing up in underserved communities. Through sports, discipline, and perseverance, he achieved his dream of playing professional football and now dedicates his time to helping young people believe in their own potential.

He advises the organization on mentorship, leadership development, and athletic programming while inspiring youth to overcome obstacles and pursue their goals.

Wendell Coates Jr. is the Founder of Global Not Local Cares, Inc., Youth Director at The Kingdom Church, Director of Scholars Prep Academy, and Owner of Global Not Local AAU Basketball.

Since 2019, he has devoted his career to mentoring youth through education, athletics, and community service. His expertise in outreach and relationship-building helps expand opportunities for children and strengthen partnerships throughout Central Florida.

Alisia Adamson Profit is an award-winning attorney, founding partner of HAWM Law, and legal analyst for WESH 2 News. A graduate of Florida State University, she began her legal career with the Ninth Judicial Circuit Public Defender's Office before establishing a distinguished private practice.

She advises the organization on governance, legal compliance, strategic planning, and community partnerships while ensuring the nonprofit operates with integrity and accountability.
