Our story
It started with one question: who coaches the kids nobody pays for?
Great training has a price tag. Private academies, travel teams, and personal coaching sit far out of reach for the families we grew up beside in Central Florida — and the kids who need that structure most are the ones who never get it.
So we removed the barrier. Look Who's Fit Kids Inc. was founded to give every child access to real fitness training, real mentorship, and real life skills at no cost to their family.
What a child learns here — how to push through a hard set, how to lead a warm-up, how to eat and rest well — becomes confidence they carry into the classroom and into adulthood. Talent shouldn't depend on a bank account.

Founded in 2022, Look Who’s Fit Kids Inc. exists to ensure underserved children and teenagers across Central Florida can access professional fitness coaching, mentorship, leadership development, and healthy lifestyle education.
We serve young people whose families may not otherwise have access to structured training and consistent mentors. Our programs create a safe, encouraging place for every child to build strength, confidence, discipline, and skills that carry into school, sports, and life.

Meet our founder
Faubert Joseph
Founder & President
After serving in the U.S. Air Force and spending nearly two decades as a fitness professional, Faubert kept meeting the same kid: full of potential, no access. He started Look Who's Fit Kids Inc. so those kids would never have to wait for someone to invest in them.
You'll still find him on the field most weeks — coaching form, learning names, and reminding every athlete that effort is the one thing they always control.
